Shipping & Returns – Terms and Conditions
1. Shipping Terms
By placing an order with Pit Lane Crew, you agree to the following shipping terms:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary during high-demand periods.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard and express shipping at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.

International Orders: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is shipped, Pit Lane Crew is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
2. Returns & Exchanges Terms
By purchasing from Pit Lane Crew, you acknowledge and agree to our return and exchange policy:

Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Exchange Policy: If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 14 days, subject to stock availability. Customers may need to cover return shipping costs.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.

Address Changes: Customers must notify us immediately of any shipping address changes. Once an order is shipped, modifications cannot be made.
